You will need some additional equipment, they are not cheap. There are video media player gives that come without hard drive. Make your own. Files on the hard disk can be displayed by the players available and on the TV screen if you have any AV inputs. These media players are about $ 50 or more on eBay. I have one that I added a 160 GB hard drive. He uses it as an external USB drive, then disconnect and use the AV outputs for access to your display device of choice, has AV inputs. If your TV has AV inputs, then you need a converter to take the additional AV-signal and convert it into a regular TV signal to receive the TV tuner. My little media player is also a chancellor can not only play multimedia files, I use the AV input to record from another video and audio source such as my DVD player.
